Teajeni Misago
Founder & CEO, Nordic Partners
Teajeni Misago is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Partners, a consultancy that supports organizations in strengthening data governance, data management, and enterprise data architecture. He brings extensive experience advising both public institutions and private sector organizations on building accountable, secure, and sustainable data frameworks that enable effective decision-making and long-term digital transformation.
Through Nordic Partners, Teajeni works closely with executive and technical teams to establish data governance structures, clarify data ownership and stewardship, improve data quality, and align technology with institutional and business objectives. His work emphasizes institutional ownership of data, regulatory defensibility, and the practical integration of governance into everyday operations.
Prior to founding Nordic Partners, Teajeni held senior leadership and advisory roles in internationally recognized organizations, including British American Tobacco (BAT), DSV, and Nilfisk, where he led and supported enterprise-scale initiatives in data governance, master data management, and data architecture. Across these roles, he gained deep experience operating in complex, global data environments and supporting organizations through data-driven transformation.
Teajeni is known for his ability to translate complex data and governance challenges into practical, actionable solutions that deliver lasting value. In addition to his professional work, he has been actively involved in community leadership and diaspora engagement initiatives.
